  Pleasant welcome as I walked in the door by Kaitlyn. I'm sure I looked lost in the garden area & made eye contact with one employee who quickly walked off. She could've been helping another customer, however acknowledgment would've been nice or an "someone will be right with you". Oh well. Found what I needed then proceeded to checkout. Had to fight the urge to shop in their adorable little gift shop area. Cool selection of Simply Southern shirts & gifts. I told Kaitlyn the cashier what boards I needed & she quickly rang me up & requested assistance for my order from the lumber yard. Then wished me well after pointing me in the direction to go for my boards. Gentleman was already selecting my boards & loaded them up. He was pleasant also. Great service. Minus the garden center lady. We'll still be going there! Not Queens but still a nice shopping experience!
